Shipments will be made everyday (Monday-Friday at 4PM, Saturday at 2PM). If you'd like to get your order to be shipped on the same day (ready stock items only), please make sure to confirm your payment before 2PM. 

Estimated delivery time for domestic shipping would be 1-5 days (regular) and 1-3 days (express). 

 
NATALIA KIANTORO will not be responsible for any fees charged by customs or other tax authorities. 

 
If a customer refuses any shipments from NATALIA KIANTORO, the customer will remain responsible for all shipping and charges (duties, taxes, customs) incurred upon receiving their order. 

Make sure to provide a correct and complete address to avoid any delays in delivery.
