What is the return policy?

In the rare case that you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery with your order details and supporting photos. We will review the issue and assist accordingly.

Do you issue refunds?
No, we do not issue refund in cash. We only issue ones in form of store credit.
How do I choose the right size and where can I find the size guide?
Please refer to our size guide before placing your order. We recommend comparing the measurements with an item you already own to find the closest fit. Measurements are provided as a guide and may have a slight difference due to manual measuring. Please allow a small measurement tolerance. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing based on your preferred fit. For a more relaxed fit, consider sizing up.

What sizing system do you use?
Our products follow the sizing system stated on each product page. Use our size chart to compare your usual US, UK, EU, or other local size with our recommended size. We recommend checking the actual measurements as well for the best fit.
When will I get my order?
Delivery times depend on whether the item is ready stock or a preorder. Ready-stock items are usually shipped within our standard processing time, while pre-order items will be shipped once the pre-order period has ended and the item is available.
How do I know if an item is a preorder?
Items available for preorder will be clearly labeled “Preorder” on the product listing. Please check the product description for the estimated availability or shipping date before placing your order.
When will my pre-order item be shipped?
Pre-order items are shipped according to the estimated date stated on the product page. Please note that the shipping date is an estimate and may change due to production or supplier delays.

Do I have to confirm my payment?
Payment confirmation is required for bank transfers only and can be made by sending us the payment receipt to our Whatsapp.
Can I use my credit card?
Yes, we accept credit card payments through our available payment gateway at checkout (DOKU).

Do you offer international shipping?

What payment methods do you accept and what currency will I be charged in?
We accept the payment methods available at checkout. The currency and final amount will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Your bank or card provider may apply additional currency-conversion fees.

Can I pay using an international credit or debit card?
International cards are accepted where supported by our payment provider for Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Philippines, Thailand, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates by choosing DOKU payment method at checkout. Your card must be enabled for international and online transactions.
Are customs duties and taxes included in the shipping fee?
Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply depending on your country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
